Fulfilling the information obligation under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) - ("RODO"), in connection with the agreement dated [effective date] concluded between RMC Engineering Sp. z o.o. and [entity name] (the "Agreement"), we provide the following information regarding the processing of personal data:

  1. Processing purposes

Personal data will be processed for purposes related to the conclusion and execution of the Agreement, maintenance of business relations and possible investigation or protection against claims arising therefrom.

  1. Basics of processing

The basis for processing your personal data is:

  1. realization of the Administrator's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), such as conclusion and execution of the Agreement, maintenance of business relations, investigation of claims or protection against claims related to the Agreement;
  2. performance of obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA), in particular with respect to the retention of records, including financial records.
  1. Recipients of data

Personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  1. entities that process personal data on behalf of the Administrator, in particular, those that provide support services to the Administrator in the field of IT and technical, accounting and accounting, administrative services;
  2. entities that provide consulting, legal services, courier, postal services to the Administrator;
  3. entities that have been authorized to receive personal data under the law.
  1. Storage period

The Administrator will process personal data for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes referred to in item. 3 above, but no longer than required by law or the legitimate interests of the Administrator (in particular in connection with the expiration of claims).

If the Administrator did not receive personal data directly from you, it was provided to the Administrator by [entity name], or were obtained from publicly available sources, such as the National Court Register or the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, among others.

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify, erase or request restriction of processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to object to its processing, under the terms and in the cases provided for in the provisions of RODO. In the case of the processing of personal data for the purpose of realizing the legitimate interests of the Administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of data for reasons related to your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, at the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw.
