Machine leveling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RMCE provides precision height measurement services in support of machinery assembly and repair operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the energy and industrial sectors, precision in the installation and servicing of machinery is key to ensuring its trouble-free operation and minimizing operational risks. That's why we offer comprehensive elevation leveling services, which are vital during the installation of new machinery, overhaul and foundation setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precision leveling services are performed using modern measuring equipment - Topcon DL-501 code leveler. Combined with invar surveying patches, which ensure minimal thermal expansion and high dimensional stability, we guarantee the highest accuracy and repeatability of measurements.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Leveling services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A device with this class of measurement resolution, together with instrumentation, allows to perform a wide range of services<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. geodetic leveling for general construction works<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. vertical positioning of foundation slab and supports;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. positioning of bearing stands<\/strong> in the vertical direction - elevation, inclination;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. positioning of machine casings<\/strong> based on measurements on the split plane;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. correct the position of plain bearings, mounted in the bearing grooves in stands. Measurements are carried out on plain bearing liner material;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. determining the shape of the line of shafts<\/strong> of rotating machines coupled along the axis of rotation of the shafts, based on measurements on bearing journals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. determining the position of the shaft line in relation to the level;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. measurement of vertical machine displacements as a result of changes in the thermal conditions of the machine;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. inventory, before repair<\/strong> of vertical location of machine parts, relative to each other.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
